If you have recently moved, we may not be able to identify you with the address you provided. If this happens, your account application will be in review and a member of our support team will reach out within 1 business day. Our team will share a secure link for you to upload one of the following documents, in order to verify that you reside at the address provided during account setup: utility bill, bank statement, and government-issued identification document.
Your government-issued identification must include your address.
