Instant ACH Order

Through Ratio, you will be able to purchase crypto instantly from your linked bank account. Your crypto transaction is broadcast to the network immediately, meaning crypto will arrive in your wallet in approximately 5-20 minutes.

Note that the funds come out of your bank account 1-2 business. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your bank account to cover the transaction.

Standard ACH Order

If you happen to exceed your instant ACH limit, your order is automatically converted into a standard ACH order. Note that processing times for a standard ACH order depend on the following:

Orders submitted before 2:45 PM PST on a business day will be processed the same day, with the funds credited to your wallet on the third business day.

Orders submitted after 2:45 PM PST will be initiated on the following business day, with the funds credited to your wallet on the third business day.
