Updating Personal Information

After your is set up, you will only be able to change your personal information by contacting support.

Updating your email address or phone number

If you need to change either your email address or phone number, please contact support@ratio.me from the email address associated with your account. In your message, include both your old and new email address/phone number, as well as the reason for the change.

We may ask for additional documentation or account recovery questions to confirm this change.

Updating your address

To update your address on file, you must submit one of the following documents through the secure link provided by our partner's support team or the Ratio support team. The document must clearly display your name and new address.

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Bank Statement
  • Property Tax Receipt
  • Posted Mail which includes your name as it appears on your account
  • Utility Bill
