Resolving an Address Mismatch

If you have recently moved, we may not be able to identify you with the address you provided. If this happens, your account application will be in review and a member of our support team will reach out within 1 business day. Our team will share a secure link for you to upload one of the following documents, in order to verify that you reside at the address provided during account setup: utility bill, bank statement, and government-issued identification document.

‍Your government-issued identification must include your address.

If your account application is in review due to an address mismatch and you haven't received a secure link within one business day, please reach out to support@ratio.me.

When uploading a document, please note:

  • We do not accept documents older than 3 months old.
  • Your document scan should be complete and show all four corners. We do not accept incomplete document scans.
  • Keep the document unaltered, except when masking bank account or card numbers, sensitive data can be covered.
  • You may submit a photo/scan of hard copy documents or a PDF file of digital copy documents.

‍We aim to have reviewed documents reviewed within one business day.
