We're looking for Customer Support professionals to help shape our user experience, go-to-market, and company culture. Our ideal teammate is one who enjoys company building as much as they enjoy their craft.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while also analyzing customer data and trends, turn customer thoughts into focused feedback for the product
• Help build out our presence on Discord, Twitter and other channels where our clients exist
• Experiment and try different tactics while working towards finding product market fit
• You’ll have a documentation first mindset where you can take what you do and turn it into a scalable process to teach others.
• Help us design customer feedback metrics to measure customer satisfaction
• Ensure customers have a great onboarding and customer experience through out the entire lifecycle

About You

• You have experience working in a front line customer support role
• Jack of all-trades who can jump into any area of the company that touches our customers and community
• Adaptable and resilient to put out fires while thinking strategically and working proactively
• You’re naturally curious about customers and the product
• You have strong emotional intelligence and are able to read customer emotions

Benefits

• Hours - 9am - 6pm Eastern Time Monday to Friday, plus on-call responsibilities alongside the rest of the team.  Our entire team participates in on-call.
